This was the first time I used dental service in Melbourne as I'm quite new here. I'm so glad I chose this particular clinic. The service of the girl at the front desk couldn't be faulted at all. Such a beautiful personality for the front desk who made me feel so comfortable. The dentist; Laxmi, is the kindest and most gentle Dr I've come across so far. From the initial checkup to the extraction of my tooth today, she maintained the highest level of professionalism and humanity. I was so nervous but she explained everything so well. I really admire her sense of care, kindness and her knowledge and expertise as a dentist. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a dental service where comfort and kindness matters. I had a major dental job done with Dr. Lakshmi to fix eight of my teeth, and honestly, she’s the best dentist I’ve ever met in my life. She is incredibly gentle, caring, and highly knowledgeable, with a level of professionalism that truly stands out. Even after moving to the country, I still chose to drive back to see her because she’s the one I trust. I’d rather travel a couple of hours to make sure I’m in good hands. I’m forever grateful to her—not only for her excellent work, but because she’s the one who completely changed how I feel about dental treatment. I hesitantly visited this clinic today after 15 years of putting it off due to the usual phobia of the dentist 😅. I was warmly greeted by the dental assistant Ken very pleasant and could possibly sense my anxiety, she was keeping me distracted with a pleasant conversation whilst I waited for my appointment , I was then greeted by dr Perry she was also very kind and helpful though the procedure they both made me change my mind about the dentist ,made it as pain free and comfortable as they possibly could . They were very reasonable with pricing and was honest with their recommendations and steps going forward in future appointments . I highly recommend this clinic 😊😊😊😊. ~ jayne s

Dr Mary was absolutely phenomenal with my two kids - one of whom experiences severe anxiety and I have a lot of trouble getting to dental appointments and check-ups. Dr Mary’s calming, gentle demeanour and supportive, friendly approach was exactly what sets her apart from other dentists in the area and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to others in our area and especially to other parents who have kids who struggle with medical appointments. I had a chip on my tooth that was previously repaired out of country but even when repaired my tooth was always chipping away. Thats when I booked an emergency appointment with prime smile to see Dr.Mary. Her light hand really nulled any sensitivity and the entire experience I could not fault.The dental assistant ( Faith ) who helped with my procedure was just as professional and was outstanding throughout my procedure.. Again I could not fault anything. The clinics staff was extremely welcoming , friendly and professional making my entire experience a pleasure. I will certainly be back. Had a clean and scale at Prime smile Dental Clinic today as well as Zoom whitening to my lower teeth, I could not be happier with the dentist Lakshmi and her dental assistants so much care and great service. Excellent prices half price to new comers. I’m so happy with my results wish I’d done the Zoom whitening years ago. I’ll be back there tomorrow for 2 x fillings. Thank you ladies 🥰🥰🙏🙏 had my 2 fillings this afternoon took so much care to ensure my comfort it’s my permanent dentist now 🤩thank you. Just wanna say thank you Dra. Mary Perez for saving my almost dying teeth jeez😅, thank you for carrying out necessary treatment that really helped to ameliorate the complications occured due to my own self-neglect, didn't know how bad my teeth and gums have become until visited your clinic, everyone must really need to see a dentist regularly i suggest, though it took few sessions (depends how bad your mouth is, like mine😅) but suprisingly didn't cost me much aside from my private insurance coverage. Today is my first time coming to the Prime Smile Dental Clinic at Clyde Medical Centre It's was a very welcoming experience from the Reception and the staff and of cos Dentist Dr Lakshmi Pavan She the best Dentist I ve ever met so far She very comforting and assuring Very understanding in your needs , in fact before I called them, I read few reviews Looks promising n excellent True enough Dr Pavan made my day less stress...imagine my loose teeth will be extracted ! I took my child to Prime smile Dental clonic for a dental checkup first time and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and made my child feel at ease right away. Dr. Perez is very lovely and highly skilled dentist. Also, all the staffs are very accomodating and helpful. They assisted me as not to be stressed out on how to pay a big sum of money after knowing about my treatment plan. They talked me through about different options and gave me some of their leaflets.
